Transport Insurance and Damages

Observed product damage during transport when the delivery is made should be immediately reported using the attached form:

Failure to do so will result in you bearing the costs of the damages instead of the Delivery company. Delivery should be checked upon being received

  • Goods delievered via DPD

Visible, external damage

  • Completely refuse acceptance or, if the goods are required, note the damage on the roll-out list with the date and time and have it confirmed by the deliverer.
  • Check the consignment in the presence of the deliverer and have any damage to the content or missing parts recorded in writing.
  • Send the completely filled in damage report and a copy of the delivery note / invoice, with photos of the damage, to Solarfox® within 24 hours after delivery of the goods.
  • Damage must be reported by Solarfox® to DPD on time.
  • Have the complete shipment in its original condition and don’t separate it until final settlement.

 

Content damaged – packaging ok

  • Send the completely filled in damage report, a copy of the delivery note / invoice and photos of the damage, to Solarfox® within 6 calendar days of delivery.
  • Please inform us by phone about the transport damage as well
  • The damage must be reported by Solarfox® in due time within 7 days after delivery to DPD.
  • Have the complete shipment in its original condition and don’t separate it until final settlement.

 

  • Goods delievered via carrier

Visible, external damage             

  • Check the consignment in the presence of the deliverer and have any damage to the content or missing parts recorded in writing.
  • Send the completely filled in damage report, a copy of the delivery note / invoice and photos of the damage, to Solarfox® within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Damage must be reported by Solarfox® to the carrier on time.
  • Have the complete shipment in its original condition and don’t separate it until final settlement.

Content damaged – packaging ok

  • Call the carrier and arrange examination of damage immediately.
  • Send the completely filled in damage report, a copy of the delivery note / invoice and photos of the damage, to Solarfox® within 6 calendar days of delivery.
  • Please inform us by phone about the transport damage as well.
  • The damage must be reported by Solarfox® in due time within 7 days after delivery to the carrier.
  • Have the complete shipment in its original condition and don’t separate it until final settlement.
